Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions: Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Items must not have any stains, damage, perfume smell, or signs of use. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable: Used or washed nightwear Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if marked non-returnable) Customized or personalized products

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases: Size issues (subject to stock availability) Received a damaged or defective product Wrong product delivered Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof (mandatory for damaged/wrong items).

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under these conditions: Once the returned product passes quality inspection. Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval. Refund Mode: Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method. COD Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit (bank details required). Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

For damaged or incorrect products, return shipping will be arranged by us. For size exchange or other reasons, return shipping charges may be applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item: Record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue. Email us within 48 hours at: 📧 contact@cozydozy.in Share your order number and images/video proof. Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.
